He scam us
Robert Labos is humongous scamster Extremely bad customer service and zero satisfaction. He is extremely unprofessional CEO( bossy ,sarcastic, rude to my family and some of his employees.He scam us almost 380 thousand pesos . I have all the receipt from Canada Remitly money remittance transactions or payment transfers to her bank account. He is excellent in milking the cow. He was not ashamed . I hope karma will get him soon.

things that I find wrong with this facility: - false advertisement - unlicensed counselors - over charging - breach of client confidentiality - no BIR/TIN on their receipt just a plain PC printout - can't even provide certificate of completion for treatment - takes advantage of the client's relatives and extorts money from them using the clients affliction - "NOT A CLIENT CENTERED FACILITY" and the list just goes on... I became a patient, and very upset after my treatment program due to the fact that there were alot of things stated on the website which they failed to deliver. I felt so shortchanged considering I had to borrow from different relatives just to come up with more than Php100,000.00 for a month's treatment, let me explain what I got for the amount I paid: 1. they advertised on weekly excursions/out facility trips and yet the only trip I went on is... a manila trip which I had to pay extra for. (even a simple bus fare they charged me) 2. manila excursion that we did, included Manila AA meetings and watching the couple shop in Manila malls. 3. Unreliable counselors that can't even respect clients confidentiality. 4. For a client centered rehab I asked for a certificate of completion none of them not even Robert Labos could issue me one. 5. Receipts issued to me and my relatives were only computer printouts and didn't even include TIN# or BIR# ( which led me to think if they have necessary permits since not even a business plate or DTI registration was shown in the facility) and the list goes on... so as a concerned citizen please READ THIS AND DON'T BE THE NEXT VICTIM!
